Policies
Payment
All payments are made through CampDoc/SchoolDoc. You may pay in full or set up a monthly payment plan. Monthly payment plans are available through December 15, 2024. After December 15, 2024, payment in full is required at the time of registration.
Waitlists
When an activity reaches capacity, you may choose to add your child’s name to an automated waitlist. Should a spot become available, we will contact families in the order in which requests were received.
TNCS ECA Cancellations
ECAs must meet a minimum enrollment in order to run. If The New Century School cancels an ECA for low enrollment or other reasons, families will receive a full refund.
Changes to Your Registration
Registration changes are handled on a case-by-case basis by request. Changes are subject to a $25 change fee.
ECA Cancellations and Withdrawals
- You may request cancelation of an ECA until 2 weeks prior to the first session with no penalty.
- Withdrawals made less than 2 weeks before the first session of an ECA are subject to a withdrawal fee of 50%.
- Withdrawals made after the first session of an ECA are subject to a withdrawal fee of 75%; no refunds will be issued after the second session.
Additional Fees
After the start of activity, account holders (parents) agree to be billed for any additional expenses incurred (e.g., adding days, late pick up fees).
Additional Forms & Paperwork
Due to Maryland State licensing requirements, we may ask you to upload additional paperwork to your child’s Participant Information section on SchoolDoc. (If your child recently attended a TNCS program, such as a summer camp, you will only need to upload forms that we don’t already have on file.)
