  • Time: 2:25 pm–4:45 pm on Tuesdays
  • What’s Included:
    • 2:25 pm–3:45 pm: After Care with Pick Up from WSA
    • 3:45 pm–4:45 pm: Warriors of Wellness ECA
      • This extracurricular activity is hosted by YogaMouth Studios and includes dance and improv, wellness education, friendly competitions, group challenges, and mind-body science experiments. We also work on managing emotions with movement and breathing.
      • 4:45 pm: Parent/guardian picks up student from TNCS on S. Ann Street

Warriors of Wellness is great for kids who love to move, jump, run, and play. Led by YogaMouth, this ECA includes friendly competitions, group challenges, dance and improv, wellness education, and mind-body science experiments. We'll also work on managing emotions with movement and breathing.
