MindShift Gym of Reston, VA joins us on campus this week to lead beginner parkour camp. Children will learn the foundations of parkour through games and specialized instruction. They’ll use skills like balancing, jumping, swinging, and traversing obstacles. It’s a high-energy week where kids build confidence, have fun, and make new friends along the way.
