Q4 Wed – Nature Studio

Led by TNCS art teacher and MICA grad Ms. Devin Martin, students head outside to observe, sketch, and paint the natural world—insects, trees, flowers, and even the occasional dog breed—building their own field guide along the way. Back in the studio, students experiment with nature-based art techniques like flower pressing, cyanotypes, and natural dyes. It’s all about learning to look closely and appreciating the details around you.
