After Care with Pick Up & ECAs
Due to Maryland State licensing requirements, we may ask you to upload additional paperwork to your child’s Participant Information section on SchoolDoc. In general, you will only need to upload forms that we don’t already have on file. We require families to submit updated forms annually, or if something’s changed, such as a new health condition, medication, or updated immunizations.
Please upload completed forms to your child’s profile on SchoolDoc under Participant Information.
