2 Connect with Our Director of Admissions
Schedule a Zoom meeting or a campus visit to learn more about TNCS and ask questions specific to your child’s grade level. Schedule Now >
3 Student Shadow & Parent/Guardian Interview
Once your application is complete, we’ll contact you to schedule your child’s shadow day. This is an opportunity for your child to experience a TNCS classroom while you meet with school administration.
4 Request Supporting Documents
Arrange for your child’s current school to send transcripts and teacher recommendations to TNCS. You can use the convenient digital link in your admissions portal to make this easier.
5 Receive Your Decision
TNCS will contact you after reviewing your completed application. All steps must be completed for us to make an admissions decision.
Preschool
Ages 2-4

3 Student Visit
All preschool applicants attend a 30-minute student visit to experience a TNCS classroom.
4 Request Supporting Documents (if applicable)
If your child previously attended preschool or childcare, please arrange for teacher recommendations and progress reports to be sent to TNCS. You can use the convenient digital link in your admissions portal to make this easier.
5 Admissions Decision
Priority enrollment: Returning students receive first priority, followed by siblings of current students and incoming elementary students. Preferential consideration may be given to full-day applicants. Length of time in the applicant pool is also considered.
Note: Preschool students receive priority consideration for kindergarten; however, enrollment is not guaranteed, and current students must apply for admission to kindergarten.
TNCS is currently accepting applications and you may apply for the current school year under our rolling admissions policy.
