TNCS offers a range of extracurricular activities (ECAs) after the school day is over. ECAs are held from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm on school days. Eligibility varies by age/grade level. Activities change quarterly.
All eligible students are welcome to register for extracurricular activities—including after care, non–after care, and non–TNCS students.

2025–2026: ECAs at a Glance
ECAs are open to students age 4 through 5th grade. This year, middle school students (6th to 8th grade) are invited to volunteer in many ECAs to support younger learners and earn service hours—interested middle school students should speak with Mr. Callahan.

ECAs: Terms & Conditions
TNCS ECA Cancellations
ECAs must meet a minimum enrollment in order to run. If The New Century School cancels an ECA for low enrollment or other reasons, families will receive a full refund.
Changes to Your Registration
Registration changes are handled on a case-by-case basis by request. Changes are subject to a $25 change fee.
ECA Cancellations and Withdrawals
- You may request cancelation of an ECA until 2 weeks prior to the first session with no penalty.
- Withdrawals made less than 2 weeks before the first session of an ECA are subject to a withdrawal fee of 50%.
- Withdrawals made after the first session of an ECA are subject to a withdrawal fee of 75%; no refunds will be issued after the second session.
There are no refunds issued for missed sessions due to student illness or absence or unplanned school closures.
FACTS Payments
TNCS families are encouraged to choose “Pay via FACTS” at checkout. ECAs will be billed with a due date 3 weeks before the start of each session.
