FlowMotion Sports is an active, movement-based camp where children build athletic skills while learning how focus, balance, and body awareness support strong performance. Led by YogaMouth, campers will participate in sports and games such as soccer, beginner-friendly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and strength and stability workouts designed for growing bodies. Along the way, campers practice simple mindfulness techniques—like breathing, noticing their bodies, and resetting between activities—that help them stay calm, confident, and ready to play. This camp blends high-energy movement with moments of focus, helping kids develop both physical skills and the tools to support them.

YogaMouth is a wellness and movement organization that offers evidence-informed programs for children and families, blending Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, yoga, mindfulness, and fitness.
