Payment

Credit card payments are made through WooCommerce/Stripe. You can pay in full or set up a payment plan for select programs. TNCS families may also elect “Pay via my FACTS account.”

Holiday Camp Terms & Conditions

TNCS Holiday Camp Cancellations

Holiday Camps must meet a minimum enrollment in order to run. If The New Century School cancels a holiday camp for low enrollment, families will receive a full refund.

Holiday Camp Withdrawals

  • Cancellations made at least 3 weeks before the first day of a holiday camp session are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 1–3 weeks before the first day of a holiday camp are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 1 week or less before the first day of a holiday camp are eligible for a 25% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued once a holiday camp has begun.
  • There are no refunds issued for missed sessions due to student illness.

FACTS Payments

TNCS families are encouraged to choose “Pay via FACTS” at checkout. Holiday Camps will be billed with a due date 3 weeks before the start of each session.

ECA Terms & Conditions

TNCS ECA Cancellations

ECAs must meet a minimum enrollment in order to run. If The New Century School cancels an ECA for low enrollment or other reasons, families will receive a full refund.

Changes to Your Registration

Registration changes are handled on a case-by-case basis by request. Changes are subject to a $25 change fee.

ECA Cancellations and Withdrawals

  • You may request cancelation of an ECA until 2 weeks prior to the first session with no penalty.
  • Withdrawals made less than 2 weeks before the first session of an ECA are subject to a withdrawal fee of 50%.
  • Withdrawals made after the first session of an ECA are subject to a withdrawal fee of 75%; no refunds will be issued after the second session.

There are no refunds issued for missed sessions due to student illness or absence or unplanned school closures.

FACTS Payments

TNCS families are encouraged to choose “Pay via FACTS” at checkout. ECAs will be billed with a due date 3 weeks before the start of each session.

After Care with Van Pick Up from Local Schools

Local Schools Cancellations

Refunds for this program follow a sliding scale:

  • More than 4 weeks before the start of a quarter: Full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
  • 2–4 weeks before the start of a quarter: 50% refund.
  • Less than 2 weeks before the start of a quarter: No refunds will be issued.

There are no refunds for closures due to inclement weather or other emergencies, and no refunds for days a child is absent.

Waitlists

When an activity or program reaches capacity, you may email office@thenewcenturyschool.com to add your child’s name to a waitlist. Should a spot become available, we will contact families in the order in which requests were received.

Additional Fees

After the start of activity, account holders (parents) agree to be billed for any additional expenses incurred (e.g., adding days, late pick up fees).

Additional Forms & Paperwork

Once the school receives your registration, you will be invited to join Transparent Classroom. There, you will complete a health form and provide other required information, all of which must be submitted before your child can attend.
