This page is for families who are enrolled in TNCS summer camps.
Here you’ll find general information about camp. Links to downloadable forms are provided at the bottom of this page.
What to Bring
- Hat or visor to wear outdoors
- Water bottle
- Lunch with cold pack (if not registered for lunch program)
- Snacks (elementary campers)
- Change of clothes
- Preschool only: Fitted crib sheet and small blanket
Lunch and Snacks
If you are not signed up for TNCS’s lunch program, please pack a lunch that does not require refrigeration or heating. Children enrolled in preschool camps receive two snacks per day. Children in elementary programs should pack snacks from home.
Absolutely no peanuts, tree nuts, or shellfish are allowed in TNCS due to severe student allergies.
Additional Authorized Pick-up
If you need to authorize a friend or family member who is not already on your pick-up list, you must report details via email to email@example.com. Note that your email address must match the email address we have on file for you.
Clothing and Footwear
Your child should dress in comfortable seasonally appropriate clothing for camp.
NO OPEN-TOED FOOTWEAR!
For safety reasons, open-toed shoes, flip-flops, and sandals are NOT permitted.
Absences, Late Arrivals, and Early Pick-ups
Cell Phone Policy
Children are not permitted to use cell phones or electronic devices while at camp.
Adding Extended Care
If you have not registered for weekly Extended Care and need to add it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Weekly After Care rates are based on pick-up time: pick up by 5:00 pm is $40/week, by 6:00 pm, $50/week.
Drop-in Extended Care is also available with a reservation. If you need an occasional day of drop-in care, use our online form to Request a Reservation. Drop-in care rates are $6/half hour, billed to your credit card.
Preschool Water Play Fridays
Preschool campers have the opportunity to enjoy water play most Fridays in summer. Students are expected to arrive in their swimsuits or clothes that can get wet. A towel and a complete, dry change of clothes must be provided on Water Play Fridays. Send the change of clothes in a zip-top bag. Please remember to label the clothes, the towel, and the swimsuit.
Water play may not happen because of inclement weather or special events. We will advise parents on Thursday if Water Play Day is cancelled for the following day.
Summer Camp Forms and Paperwork
Please check that you have completed all of the following forms before your child begins camp.
If your child attends TNCS during the regular school year, you need only to provide forms that require updates from what we have on file.
